The firm
A practice dedicated to intellectual property.
The firm was founded in 2026. It works in intellectual property, business law and digital law.
Background
Now a member of the Paris Bar, I spent a year studying at Université Laval in Canada, then obtained the Master 2 in Intellectual Property and Digital Business Law from Université Paris-Saclay.
I then worked in complementary settings:
- well-established French and international law firms (Squire Patton Boggs, DS Avocats, DLA Piper);
- in-house legal departments (BNP Paribas, Canal+ Group);
- law firms dedicated to creative and digital work: Caillaud & Christiansen for film and publishing, Lexing for new technologies.
These experiences taught me to understand the constraints of businesses as well as those of independent creators.
I now practise at Caillaud & Christiansen and also independently. I advise IT service providers, creators and producers, always starting from their business and its economic stakes, in both French and English.
How the firm works
Matters are handled directly by the lawyer who accepted them. Nothing is delegated to an intermediate team, which limits the number of matters open at any one time but guarantees continuity of contact.
The firm works alongside patent attorneys for drafting and prosecution, and with foreign correspondents for proceedings outside France.
Working languages
Matters are handled in French and English, including at hearings and in contract drafting.
An avocat is a French lawyer admitted to a bar (barreau) with rights of audience before the French courts. For patent drafting and prosecution before the offices, the firm works with a conseil en propriété industrielle, the French equivalent of a patent attorney.
